ANDREW J. ROBERTO
Founder & Senior Partner
Firm founder and senior partner Ralph Brown has more than 34 years of legal experience representing Tennesseans in a wide range of cases and has been named to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Starting in 1979, he handled criminal, domestic, personal injury, and insurance defense cases. By 1993, Ralph had focused his practice exclusively on Plaintiffs’ personal injury cases—representing victims of truck, car, and boating accidents; industrial and on the job accidents; and accidents caused by dangerous products and machinery. He uses engineers, computer scientists, doctors and other experts to analyze and reenact accidents and assess injuries, disabilities, and other damages. He has obtained substantial recoveries for thousands of clients with catastrophic injuries, including paralysis, brain damage, and traumatic amputations; put his experience to work for you!
Prior to entering private practice, firm partner Andrew J. Roberto was a local entrepreneur who founded and led software entertainment development company Aware Entertainment, Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee.
From 2004-2008 Andrew served as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist with the Tennessee Department of Labor. In this role, Andrew issued orders compelling insurance companies to pay benefits to injured workers across East Tennessee. He was able to use his business experience to help mediate disputes between injured workers and their employers; he presided over settlement approvals, and even ordered insurance companies to pay benefits to injured workers.
In addition to his Worker’s Compensation experience, Andrew Roberto has helped countless Tennesseans to obtain the Social Security Disability benefits to which they are entitled. Andrew is also accredited as an attorney for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). As a former workers’ compensation specialist and an attorney, Andrew has worked on countless work related injury claims. Call Andrew today and put his experience to work for you to get you all of the benefits you are entitled to under Tennessee law.
Prior to joining The Lawyers of Brown & Roberto, Timothy Roberto (Tim) practiced in a law firm in Nashville that specialized in complex litigation, where he gained experience in employment discrimination, personal injury, will contest and breach of contract cases.
